Ascent360 seeks an experienced Client Success Manager to lead the ongoing management and overall success of our clients. The Client Success Manager is a key, client-facing, and high visibility role in our Operations and Services organization.
Skills:
Must be able to interpret and provide recommendations around marketing results and continually confirm the clients investment is sound.
Analyze omnichannel marketing results and make necessary adjustments to the communication plan to stay on goal.
Database marketing expertise.
Project/Program management.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to communicate with technical resources and business marketers with equal success.
Responsibilities:
Renew clients and up-sell where appropriate.
Plan and lead account reviews as necessary.
Help clients realize the full potential of our SaaS software in helping them grow revenue.
Ensure client objectives are met by overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the appropriate subject matter experts and outside agencies if applicable.
Work with clients on strategy, tactics, forecasts, budgets, projections, and performance metrics.
Executive-level engagement of existing and prospective stakeholders in constant dialog around how to improve their marketing results.
o Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
Participate in senior-level discussions as requested.
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience:
2 years of progressive experience in database marketing and/or account management. Experience with CDP/CRM solutions, and email marketing a plus.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
Employment with Ascent360 is at will meaning either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause and with or without notice.
This position is located in Colorado, and the work is primarily remote or in Denver, CO and, as such, employment in this position is subject to the labor and employment laws of the state of Colorado.
