Overview

Under general direction of the Vice President for Brulee Catering, the Payroll/HR Coordinator ensures the efficient and effective operations of the organization’s payroll and general HR functions in a multi-location environment which includes exempt and non-exempt employees.

This role will pays a wage of $22 to $27.

For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

Responsibilities

  • Provide Customer service and support to multiple facilities and Team Payrolls
  • Act as a payroll liaison between Corporate Payroll and facilities
  • Process bi-weekly payrolls for various locations
  • Process employee timecard data using e-Time and TimeSaver
  • Reviews payroll registers for assigned locations to ensure that all time entry data has been prepared for processing.
  • Receives and enters adjustments to on-cycle payroll process for assigned locations
  • Assist with uploading of files for new hires and employee changes using ADP EV6 Payroll Systems
  • Maintains the accuracy and integrity of the payroll system by carefully reviewing all entries made and remaining aware of their impact on the payroll process.
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding associates' personal information and payroll data at all times.
  • Assist in documenting all payroll processes and procedures
  • Provide HR support to all employees locally, answering employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, training, verifications, etc
  • Act as the HR liaison between Corporate HR and Brulee Catering, communicating initiatives and company policy and processes to the Brulee employees.
  • Resolves employee concerns with Management team in a timely manner by thoroughly researching and investigating the issue(s) and reporting back the findings to the employee or escalating to the Corporate or Vice President for resolution and/or escalating concerns as required
  • Handles all new hire paperwork and onboarding, from posting roles, scheduling interviews, ordering new hire equipment for new hires
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files, assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Processes mail.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum experience processing payroll in a fast paced, multi-location environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related field preferred, Associates Degree required.
  • Payroll and/or HR certifications a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge & understanding of ADP Enterprise Payroll & ADP eTime/TimeSaver
  • Proficient in Windows environment with strong Excel skills
  • Must be accurate and efficient with ability to meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Passion for customer service and problem solving
