Responsibilities of the Manager, Employee Relations
- Providing guidance on employment relations functions for 5-10 schools including investigations, and talent management issues
- Managing HR administration, employment verifications, case management
- Advising schools in conflicting resolutions, performance improvement plans, and other employee related items

Qualifications of the Manager, Employee Relations - 4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commute to 5-10 schools (train or car)
- Knowledge in ADP Work Force
