Overview

Oak Grove Technologies is in search of a Financial Analyst that serves as a Program Management Specialist and advisor to a US Army Program Office in Huntsville, AL, supporting a variety of high-profile projects in the cyber, information warfare, electronic warfare, and threat intelligence across multi-domain mission objectives. The position will be part of a governmental cross-functional integrated Product Team providing support and products related to technical capabilities, test and evaluation, training, assessments, cost and pricing, schedule, contracts, and risk management across multiple threat portfolios. Limited telework available (with government approval based on mission requirements; some travel required. In order to be considered for position, applicant must possess and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance. 

Responsibilities

• Work involves the ability to coordinate the interdisciplinary elements of a plan to achieve a balanced techical program.
• Supports the Government Project Director (PD), and within the Integrated Product Team (IPT) framework, to management financial tasks including, but not limited to:
  • existing and future budget visibility
  • identified customer funding
  • invoice tracking
  • budget execution
  • contractual requirements
  • and other financial/budget-related requirements
• Works closely with Government IPT members, Army Contracting Command, customers, staffs, and members of industry.
• Works in a classified facility located on Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, AL) when not teleworking

Qualifications

• Must possess the abilities to formulate resource and schedule tracking tools to meet a specific scientific, technical, and/or programmatic objectives.
• Applicant must be experienced in gathering and synthesizing research and data; plans and organizes work to meet or exceed established deadlines; research, analyze, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Skills include the ability to follow through during the planning, execution, and reporting phase, reporting challenges/issues to program leads for redirecting or re-planning decisions. 
• Requires knowledge across the MS Office Suite and related platforms 
• No less than five (5) years of program/project management experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; PMP or DAWIA PM Level 3 certification (years of experience may be used as a substitute for certifications)
