Logistics Management Specialist
Job Description:
Perform program level logistics management functions in support of the program office's life cycle mission. Duties include activities necessary to support the program office in implementing effective product support, which includes planning, inventorying, and maintaining, materials for fielding as well as deliverables for repair and replacement parts and calibration assets. Incumbent, under the leadership and guidance of the Program Officer, or his representative, to support the following functions and activities:
Duties will include:
Provide assistance to the government in review of technical/logistics and business requirements for aircraft maintenance worldwide.
Review and provide recommendations for requirements developments. Review and update attachments for contract requirements.
Provide support for acquisition plans, acquisition strategies and CRP development.
Review and provide technical assistance with the review of contractor submitted technical approaches.
Provide technical and logistics expertise to government COR on document reviews and development.
4 year college degree required
15 plus years PM Management, logistics experience preferred.
Previous COR experience desired.
