If you are aiming to grow your corporate office administration career then our Assistant Office Manager opportunity will provide you with a fulfilling position having you utilize your strong office administration skills to support NV5s HQ office in Hollywood, FL.

You will assist with computerize records maintenance, office management, accounts payable/receivable, cash reconciliations, supplies inventories, and purchasing.

Responsibilities:

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with organization and administration of office operations.
  • Assist with Invoicing & Accounts Receivable.
  • Interface with Accounting and Corporate groups.
  • Interface with Forensic and Structural Group Project Managers and staff.
  • Coordinate events including team meetings, client meetings, etc.
  • Assist Forensic Group Director and Forensic Group Staff Manager; and
  • Time sheet review and auditing.
Qualifications:

If you possess the following experience & qualifications, then we would love to learn more about you!

  • 5 years of office administration experience.
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
  • Construction, Engineering, or related industry experience is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Deltek Vision experience is a plus.
