Position: Event and Marketing Manager (Chinese - speaking only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client-Centric Leadership: Lead client events, orchestrating strategic plans and executions for maximum engagement and resonance.
• Communication and Relationship Cultivation: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor interns and foster a culture of teamwork to ensure project success through effective collaboration.
• Event Management: Coordinate captivating in-person events, handling logistical arrangements and promotional activities, delivering unforgettable experiences for clients and their audiences.
• Third-party Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, leveraging an extensive network of event-related vendors. Act as the liaison between the agency and third-party vendors.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese.
• Excellent at Chinese social media marketing, such as Little Red book
• Demonstrated success in event planning.
• High emotional intelligence for effective communication with clients and third-party vendors.
• Exceptional relationship-building and management skills.
• Extensive network and resources within event-related third-party vendors.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant event and marketing experience.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills with acute attention to detail.
