The Human Resource Generalist will support the daily functions of the People Services department including talent acquisition, administering pay, benefits, leave of absences, performance and talent management, recognition, daily filing, tracking documentation and enforcing company policies and practices. This position may step in as needed for the Sr. Generalist as first point-of-contact to gather information related to entry level employee relations situations when necessary, provide support in the explanation of Benefits, other inquiries related to the interpretation of company policies and practices and LOAs as they pertain to team member needs.
