This position is located in the Office of International Programs (OIP), International Operations Branch (IOB). The supervisor is David Humerick. This position is Bargaining Unit. Relocation expenses associated with job offer will not be paid. This position is NOT subject to confidential financial disclosure reporting nor security ownership restriction reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GG-13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
All candidates must also have SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE that enables you to serve as a lead analyst and advisor to management for budget planning and formulation for international programs, related to the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization's programs, operations, policies, activities, and processes.

Responsibilities:
As Senior Program Analyst in the Office of International Programs (OIP), International Operations Branch (IOB), the selectee will serve as the lead for budget planning and formulation for international programs with responsibility for extensive and complex evaluations of significant NRC policy program and resources issues that includes: performing and coordinating evaluation of significant agency policy, program and resource issues; defining and recommending topics or areas affecting the agency and international programs; reviewing and analyzing budget planning and formulating documents; preparing budget reports, briefings, and presentations; and representing the office or agency on committees, task forces and working groups.Full Time
