Restoration and Construction Company dealing primarily in emergency fire & water mitigation of insurance claims for residential & commercial properties. It has been a licensed General Contractor in the Denver Metro Area for over 29 years, and is looking to expand our team.

Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent customer service which will generate loyal repeat clients
• Coding and entering invoices and credit card receipts
• Research and resolve any invoice discrepancies
• Weekly check runs, Reconcile vendor statements, Scanning & filing documents
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and set priorities
• Plan and complete work with a multitude of interruptions

Requirements:

• QuickBooks Online Experience - A/P (knowledge of A/R helpful)
• Willing to be cross trained
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills with ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals
• Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office Suite of Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook
• Bilingual Candidates preferred (English/Spanish)
