Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist

Restoration and Construction Company dealing primarily in emergency fire & water mitigation of insurance claims for residential & commercial properties. It has been a licensed General Contractor in the Denver Metro Area for over 29 years, and is looking to expand our team. As a licensed General Contractor, we continue to expand its services in the roofing, remodeling and renovation markets, benefiting from over 29 years serving the community.

Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent customer service through the ability to demonstrate genuine empathetic and caring attitude with all clients
• Demonstrates a quality company reputation/image through professional appearance, job performance and ethical business behavior
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills with ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and set priorities

Requirements:

• QuickBooks Online Experience - A/R & Collections (Knowledge of A/P helpful)
• Construction Experience Preferred
• Research and resolve any invoice discrepancies
• Monitor client accounts and initial collection on past due accounts
• Assist clients with mortgage paperwork,
• Lien Processing - Simplifile, Scan documents & filing

Ability to Relocate:

• Denver, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)

• Computer proficiency: Knowledge of QuickBooks Online, MS Office Suite-Word, Excel, and Outlook. DASH and Xactimate software helpful.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
