Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent customer service which will generate loyal repeat clients, testimonials, and references through the ability to demonstrate genuine empathetic and caring attitude with all clients. Ability to remain calm and reassure clients in times of stress.
• Coding and entering invoices
• Research and resolve any invoice discrepancies
• Weekly check runs and reconcile monthly statements
• Scan documents, filing
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and set priorities.
• Plan and complete work with a multitude of interruptions.

Requirements:

• QuickBooks Online Experience - A/P (knowledge of A/R helpful)

• Willing to be cross trained
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills with ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
• Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office Suite of Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook.
• Bilingual Candidates will be strongly considered* (English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
