Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk
Perform a variety of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable functions:
Accounts Receivable Job Duties:
- Monitor AR inbox
- Review orders for correct sales tax juris codes, GL codes, quantity and price
- Type invoices and once approved internally, email to customer daily
- Scan and/or file documents as needed
- Communication with Corporate AR and Customers regarding invoice and payment issues
- Enter credit card payments online portal
- Reconcile customer Aging reports and send Statements
- Maintain current Customer information in GP and Accura MIS
- Work directly with the office manager to perform other administrative duties and special project work.
Accounts Payable Job Duties:
- Monitor AP inbox
- Match purchase orders to packing lists and research discrepancies
- Review invoices in Concur for correct codes, quantity and pricing and submit daily
- Scan and/or file documents as needed
- Communication with Vendors regarding invoice and payment issues
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain current Vendor information in Concur, GP and Accura MIS.
- Work directly with the office manager to perform other administrative duties and special project work.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES RECOMMENDED FOR POSITION:
Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Concur, Accura MIS, Great Plains, File documents alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically, Consistency, accuracy and attention to detail, Ability to accurately follow direction, Communicate professionally with customers and vendors as needed.

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
