NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Providence, RI.

Role Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.

- Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call

- Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.

- Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.

- Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

Required Skills/Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office)
- 1 year(s) call center experience
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
- The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends basis for business requirements.
