Job Location

Office is located in Sodo neighborhood of Seattle, Washington (Zip Code 98134). The office is not co-located with the managed properties. This role operates off-site at the Seattle office and the majority of properties are located in King County.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for:

• Take maintenance requests via phone calls, texts, and Appfolio software
• Manage a maintenance team
• Completing work orders
• Turning apartments
• Maintaining work orders

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Prioritization skills
• Must be very organized – follow the systems in place and you will be successful
• Able to run a team – take ownership of the role and properties
• This is a very hands-on opportunity – you must be able to multi-task and be manage multiple projects
• Must be trustworthy

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 5 years of maintenance experience
• Spanish and English Speaking
• Proficiency with emails, phone calls, and text messaging.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work successfully under deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge on rental housing requirements and fair housing regulations.
• Other languages along with Spanish and English
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• Experience with Appfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
