Jefferson Park Golf Course is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Facility Maintenance/Range Manager. The expectation is to oversee the range and golf cart fleet while also helping out with maintenance things around the building and general facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the range/maintenance department.
• Oversees the maintenance of the entire facility, range equipment, and golf cart fleet.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the range, clubhouse, clubhouse restroom and golf course restroom.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and operation of the golf cart fleet
• Oversee the repair or replacement of all equipment and systems pertaining to range and golf carts as well as all other facilities maintenance as required. To ensure maximum productivity and efficiencies associated with maintenance while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, cleaning supplies and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary
• Supervises and directs Jefferson Park range staff and cart fleet personnel.
• Reports directly to the General Manager and provides regular updates on associated task list.
• Communicates regularly with all range/cart staff to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues and associated tasks.
• Responsible for the hiring and scheduling of maintenance personnel.
• Top Tracer monitor operation and use of all equipment and systems.
• Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
• Schedules necessary repairs that require professional services as approved by the General Manager.
• Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
• Checks the restrooms and water stations on a regular schedule.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Facilities management experience for a large venue preferred.
• Experience building a team/managing staff, highly preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Provides training, work direction and guidance while performing work in one or more of the skilled trades.
• Performs a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to doors, range ball washer/range cart, and other building parts.
• Performs skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment. Coordinates emergency repairs when needed.
• Background check required.
