We are looking for a Recruiter with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
• Resume screening & interview set ups
• Post Job ads on Indeed, Apploi and other platforms
• Candidate's phone screening
• Assistance to HR manager in administrative tasks of the department such as reports
• Employee onboarding

Qualifications

• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Must be BILINGUAL (spanish/english)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• Office background required
• Recruitment background required
• Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• The ideal candidate will have a very energetic personality, professional demeanor, attention to detail and have the ability to multitask
