We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help support the day-to-day operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for customer service. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the staff, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner, and helping to create a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the store.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Ensure that customer service standards are met.
• Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
