Territory Account Manager
What is the Territory Account Manager Role?
As a Territory Account Manager at NPHub, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our preceptors to ensure their needs are met and their experience working with us is exceptional. In this role, you would also be the primary point of contact for the preceptors within your assigned territory, responsible for providing product expertise and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
In addition to being an Account Manager, you would also be a Territory Expert, developing a deep understanding of your assigned territory to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. You would collaborate with other teams, such Marketing, to develop targeted sourcing strategies for outbound leads within your territory, working to build a robust pipeline of potential new clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have a customer-focused mindset and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You should also be a predictive and strategic thinker, able to analyze data on high student demand areas and replacement needs to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What Does NPHub Do?
We help Nurse Practitioner students graduate from their Masters and Doctorate programs on time. Currently NP students are required to find their own clinical placements (i.e. internships) and struggle to do so.
As a result, thousands of students delay graduation every year because they cannot find these placements.
This is where we step in: we help students find and secure clinical sites around the country via our app.
Why is this so important?
There is a primary care shortage in the United States and our NP students often become primary care providers.
By helping our customers graduate, you’ll help make US healthcare more accessible and reduce the shortage of providers.
