We're searching for a Financial Controller with experience working in a start-up environment within the fintech industry to become a permanent member of our client's team! The Controller will be responsible for managing accounting records for multiple entities, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing management of financial activities for multiple business entities concurrently
• Prepare financial reports
• Analyze financial data
• Monitor internal controls
• Oversee and prepare income statements
• Participate in budgeting processes
• Manage financial transactions
• Streamline accounting functions and operations
• Develop plans for financial growth
• Evaluate and manage risk
• Coordinate audit processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting of Finance required
• Ability to manage financial activities for multiple business entities concurrently (Previous experience required)
• Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting experience in audit required
• 5-10 years of progressive Controller experience desired
• CPA license preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization
• Comfort and experience being in an innovative start-up environment
• A willingness to roll-up your sleeves and get work done
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
