As a Business Development Manager at NovaShield Assurance Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the market.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, such as businesses, associations, and industry influencers.
Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for business growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and trends.
Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in existing and new markets.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:
