Nortons Roofing is seeking a self-motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented Roofing Project Manager to join our team. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects, including site assessments, project planning, customer communication, and ensuring timely and successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong roofing industry knowledge, the ability to perform on-roof inspections if needed, and possess exceptional follow-up skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their goals, requirements, and desired outcomes for roofing projects.
- Create detailed project plans, including cost estimates, timelines, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all involved.
- Lead and manage project teams to meet project goals, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Stay in regular contact with customers throughout the project, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform post-project follow-ups to address any concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify potential upsell or referral opportunities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service and satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing any post-project issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roofing project management or a similar role within the roofing industry is required. (Must have 1 yrs).
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques is a must.
- Ability to conduct on-roof inspections and assessments to determine project requirements as needed.
- Exceptional follow-up skills, with the ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret project specifications accurately.
- Proficient computer skills for project management, communication, and documentation purposes.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Perks:

- Pay is commission based, up to $150k per year.
