The Logistics Customer Service / Documentation Specialist (NSA ) will be responsible for accurately and timely input of B / L details for all customer shipping instructions.
Will also provide professional, quality customer service through effective use of organizational skills such as : sales and product knowledge, administration, and operations to both external and internal customers.
The position supports all aspects of logistics documentation and customer service for National Shipping’s customers. Other duties include but are not limited to :
