Job Summary
The Compensation Manager will assist with the strategy, design, administration, and maintenance of NorthStar Anesthesia’s compensation programs. This role will aid in ensuring NorthStar’s competitive market compensation position including merit, bonus, and equity. They will partner with corporate and clinical leadership to ensure we are able to attract and retain candidates, while maintaining internal pay equity.
