Northspyre is Hiring a Sales Operations Analyst Near New York City, NY

About the opportunity

Northspyre is looking for its first Sales Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing, venture-backed start-up team. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact at a start-up disrupting the $10.5 trillion dollar real estate industry. 

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Assist with improvements to the sales strategy, territory plans, and sales processes to ensure success for our 25 person team of Account Executive’s and Business Development Representatives.
  • Analyze current team performance, areas of strength or potential improvements, and help drive those key insights into measurable business growth.
  • Directly report to the Head of Sales and present findings, in addition to, follow up results to the broader leadership team.
  • Drive the evolution of the go-to-market strategy in order to achieve lofty, yet attainable goals as the category leader.
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the extended sales organization, providing prompt and efficient resolutions to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies to manage volume.
  • Manage multiple assignments and requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and deliver timely results. Look for commonalities across our business needs, recommend improvements to accelerate and scale, and leverage our tools to automate in line with the growth of the business.
  • Develop and maintain standardized operational reports, alerts, and dashboards to monitor overall operational effectiveness, data integrity, and gain insights to improve performance.
  • Manage the CRM and other key business software that help the sales team manage and measure performance.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Experience collating and analyzing data, to effectively forecast sales trends
  • Analytical skills using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
  • Domain expertise using Hubspot or similarly configured CRM’s
  • Experience with contract negotiations 

Bonus points if you have:

  • SaaS experience
  • SaaS sales stack skills (Panda Doc, Chili Piper, etc)
  • Experience reviewing sales contracts
  • Experience within a VC or PE backed company
