We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Staff Accountant to join our high-energy finance team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze financial data to prepare comprehensive reports and provide insightful recommendations.
• Review, verify, and authorize transactions and journal entries.
• Actively participate in the month-end close process.
• Assist in crafting month-end financial reports and annual budgets and forecasts for the Director of Finance.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and internal controls in alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team and Site Operations to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
• Contribute to the development of corporate assumptions for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by the Senior Management Team to support decision-making.
• Summarize and report analysis findings to senior leadership.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
• Aid in the preparation of corporate cash flow models.
• Process expense reports utilizing the Concur Solutions system, as necessary.
• Provide assistance to external auditors by compiling required account information and documents for annual and bank audits.
• Undertake any other relevant duties as delegated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in an accounting role.
