Senior Accountant
Salary: Up to $95,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of public accounting and industry experience and will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties, including financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3 years of experience in accounting, with a mix of public accounting and industry experience
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
