Position Overview
Atlanta-based commercial real estate organization is looking for a property accountant to join their team. This is a hybrid role.

Duties:

• Prepare Financial Statements 
• Review Financial Statements of Property Accountants
• Assist with month-end close
• Perform general ledger maintenance
• Assist with development deals

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting
• 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate accounting
• Proficient with MRI or Yardi
