DSH Hotel Advisors is Hiring a Commercial Real Estate Agent - HOTELS Near Atlanta, GA

DSH Hotel Advisors is offering qualified candidates the opportunity to earn substantial income, and a fulfilling career in hotel investment brokerage. The candidate will be trained by the managing principal of DSH Hotel Advisors, and given the chance to contribute directly to the growth of the company while greatly expanding on their professional development. They will be provided with unmatched training and advancement opportunity. A Georgia real estate license is required and experience in commercial real estate brokerage is preferred. This is a 100% commission based role with opportunity to earn six to seven figures annually. DSH Hotel Advisors was ranked #2 commercial real estate brokerage firm in the USA in 2022 & 2023 for # of hotels sold in Florida under $25MM - the newly hired agent would be directly contributing to the firm's aggressive growth plan in market-share throughout Georgia.

Qualified candidates should possess the following attributes:

Training Program:

-Full spectrum of training provided to learn commercial real estate brokerage - specific to hotel brokerage.

-Shadowing managing principal - attending key meetings, presentations, and conference calls.

-Training provided specific to communication and leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
