Real Estate Development Accountant - Atlanta Based Award Winning Industry Leader

Overview of the Development Accountant role:

• Responsible for a portfolio of approximately 10 development projects
• Track total project costs and manage cash flow
• Request and process bank draws
• Perform monthly forecasting and account reconciliations
• Perform all tasks related to closing on an asset
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications for the Development Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years experience
• CPA or public accounting a plus
• Able to prioritize and multitask
