ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Backup for Accounts Payable Coordinator 

• Approve vendor invoices. 

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. 

• Analyze and summarize account information and trends.

• Perform general ledger balance sheet reconciliations. 

• Prepare month end journal entries. 

• Prepare monthly Invoices. 

• Record revenue and apply payments. 

• Prepare documentation for External Auditors. 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Accounting degree with 2-year experience 

• Microsoft Dynamics GP

• Excellent time management and organizational skills 

• Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively problem-solve. 

• Must be a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task.

• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience in a behavioral health or social service setting preferred.
