We are seeking a

Registered Dietician

to join our team!

Candidate will provide diabetes self-management education and support services (DSMES), Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), Diabetes Prevention Programs (DPP) and manage patients on a group and individual basis within the Diabetes & Nutrition Center and its programs. The qualified candidate must be able to work at the highest level, utilizing a team-based approach, to ensure that patients have the full attention of a dedicated team of healthcare providers who work together to manage their care.

The qualified candidate must be able to effectively communicate with individuals, as well as be able to multi-task to resolve multiple areas of concern as needed by patient base. Candidate must possess good written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate strong planning, organization, time management and interpersonal skills. Candidate must possess the ability to work with a diverse group of people, including providers, support staff and administration. Preferred candidate will have experience in diabetes and chronic disease patient care, patient education and program management. Candidate will have, or be willing to obtain, either CDCES or BC-ADM.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree Required.

Licensed Registered Dietician Nutritionist in the State of Missouri or Registered Dietician Nutritionist in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
