The Northeast Missouri Health Council was established in 1968 to serve the primary healthcare needs of Northeast Missouri residents. As a not-for-profit health center, our methods of care, service and responsibility include the following: - Identification of health care and social services needs and programs within the region. - Broad access for the provision of quality health and dental care, and health education. - Fiduciary responsibility optimizing resources to provide the most cost effective program to maintain affordability to patients and long-term corporate viability. Today our vision continues to expand as we identify and put into practice beneficial health care programs for our patients.
