Under the direction of the CEO, the Human Resources Director will provide HR Leadership to the RMC Health System; provide advice to the Administrative team on strategic staffing plans, employee benefits, compensation, labor relations, and budget. Maintain and ensure compliance of the employee handbook and other HR-related policies.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management or-related field preferred. Masters desired. Minimum Experience: Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of HR departments and operations. A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience as an HR leader in a healthcare environment is preferred.
