Job Description
Times Media Group, a leading print and digital publishing company serving the Phoenix, Tucson, and Los Angeles markets, is seeking a professional to join its team as an Billing and Receivables Clerk at its Tempe office.
Responsibilities include a wide range of accounting duties consisting of data entry, billing, processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, accounts receivable, maintaining and approving accounting support, banking and help with the administration of a variety of company needs.
A good candidate for this position has will possess the following:
Strong computer skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Is comfortable speaking with clients
Understands the importance of great customer service and a positive attitude to the workplace
Entry level accounting competencies
Technical competencies a plus
