North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT is looking to hire a Full-Time Salaried Benefits Administrator to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a Benefits Administratorat North 40, you play a crucial role in managing and administering our comprehensive employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various benefits plans (including but not limited to health, dental, vision, and retirement), regulatory compliance, and best practices in benefits administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to provide exceptional support to our employees.
This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm. As this is a salaried position you are expected to work 50 hours a week. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
