The duties of theposition are to coordinate and process invoices, payments, and laboratory inventory. This involvesupdating the billing system with payments made, depositing payments of cash and checks with theuniversity, sending invoices, and general accounting troubleshooting. The other main duty will bechecking inventory in the lab (supplies, etc.) and working with lab members to purchase resupply.There is also an opportunity for help with laboratory work, depending on the skill and desire of theperson hired.
