Work Location:Corporate Office

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Weekly Accounts Receivable Receipting & Daily Check Scanning
• Weekly Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Scanning items needed into the month end folders
• Credit Card Receipt Reconciliation
• Assist with other tasks as needed by the Senior Controller and Other Accountants

Education/Experience:

• College level coursework
• Pursuit of a 4-year Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting
• Candidates must be (at a minimum) in their Sophomore year or higher
• The individual must have completed (or is currently enrolled in) an intermediate Accounting / Financial course
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Data entry competencies required
• Basic accounting skills required
• Strong deadline orientation and strong organization skills required

Schedule:

• A minimum of at least 15 hours per week, up to 25 hours per week
• Summer hours are amust; we expect the minimum hours of at least 25 hours per week during this season
• Schedule is flexible
