Skills and Qualifications Needed:

• Marketing and recruitment experience to help establish our presence in the Pittsburgh market.
• Strong management and office skills to oversee the day-to-day operations.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional people skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products for efficient office management.
• Experience with CRM and database management to track progress and donor interactions.
• Budget management and P&L experience to ensure financial sustainability.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
• Adaptable to growth and organizational change
• Passion for animals and a commitment to making a positive change in their lives.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities Include:

Partnership and Donor Recruiting (75%)

• Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, such as Dog Day Care centers, to explain our program and garner support.
• Conduct calls and schedule visits to potential partners and donors in the Pittsburgh area.
• Implement marketing strategies and recruitment events to attract donors and volunteers.

Office Management (25%)

• Coordinate office management tasks, including ordering supplies and ensuring compliance with local regulations and permits.
• Manage screening and donor days, identifying optimal dates and locations for maximum impact.
• Oversee donor scheduling and event coordination to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead employee management efforts, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and team communication.
• Providing regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities in the Pittsburgh market.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in related field (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Reliable means of transportation (required)

Expected Salary Range: $41,600-$50,000
