Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Human Resources Plant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, direct, and manage all HR functions and activities in the plant relating to recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, health and safety programs, and other activities needed to carry out the company’s human resources strategies and programs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, plus 8 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources—including 3 - 5 years in a supervisory role.
Master's Degree and experience in manufacturing is preferred.
