About Us:
Located in Norcross, our well-established Commercial Printing Company is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Assistant. We take pride in our commitment to excellence and are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this immediate opening.
Responsibilities:
- Writing orders for customers
- Generating quotes
- Following through with orders until completion
- Assisting with marketing projects
- Providing day-to-day assistance to the sales team
- Handling other assigned tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of printing production experience
- 5 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in paper stocks, finishing techniques, bindery, offset & digital printing
- Ability to use Excel effectively
- Experience with pricing/estimating print jobs
- Strong time management and production scheduling skills
- Data/Mail experience is a plus
- Willingness to work in a production fulfillment environment when necessary. Example: be able to do repetitive movements and ability to lift a 35lb box.
- A clean driving record in order to use the company vehicle for local deliveries when needed
- Must be willing to assist in every facet of the order process as required, including kitting projects
