Job description/specification

Nonius is looking for a Sales Executive to develop sales activities in the North America Region.

The position will be based on the Orlando Office.

Responsibilities

  • New Sales
    • Follow up on new Leads (website, referrals, events, current clients requests)
    • Lead to prospect qualification establishing the fit for the Nonius solutions
    • Quote creation, revision, negotiation and closing
    • Order submission, invoice and collections support
    • Project/Implementation kick off
    • Post sales support invoice doubts, payment doubts, technical support process
  • Sales support / Contract renewals
    • Periodic meetings/calls/e-meetings to monitor client satisfaction
    • Renewing service (SaaS, Opex, SLA) contracts with clients
    • Order submission, invoice and collections support
    • Post sales support invoice doubts, payment doubts, technical support process
  • Deliver monthly reports and forecasts to the Sales Director and Subsidiary / Unit Director using internal sales tools
  • Participate in planned corporate and marketing activities during the year
  • Follow Company Processes and Policies

Must Have

  • You must be a passionate about software, a great team player and have a strong sense of work ethic, responsibility and commitment
  • You must be eager to learn and be challenged every day
  • Degree in Sales, Commerce or Management
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in a sales position
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven customer relationship experience
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality
  • Knowledge in ICT or related areas
  • Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
