DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time business development role works during the day. This position also includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.

As an HCM Software Sales Executive with our technology company, you take charge of overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. You thrive on self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from the initial engagement to the successful onboarding stage. You are always on the lookout for opportunities to develop new leads and schedule appointments to present our software and services to clients in person. Your passion for account management shines through in every in-person meeting, where you prepare and present proposals that convert leads into new business deals.

On top of that, you are an expert in closing sales and transitioning new clients to the final step of onboarding. You go the extra mile by conducting follow-up interviews with new clients to ensure they are completely satisfied with our services and answer any questions they may have about our software. You exceed expectations while having the opportunity to work in a business development position. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HCM SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVE

  • 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong business development acumen
