YOUR LIFE AS AN HCM SALES - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

This full-time customer service position works during the day. This position also includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.

As an HCM Sales - Business Development Executive with our software company, you are essential to the success of our business. You oversee all parts of the sales cycle. This encompasses generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, finalizing deals, and guaranteeing a seamless progression from beginning to end. You actively pursue opportunities to cultivate fresh leads and schedule in-person meetings to present our technology to potential clients. While attending face-to-face appointments as a sales executive, you create relationships and convert leads into business agreements.

At the close of a sale, you transition new clients to the onboarding phase. You then follow up with these clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any queries they may have regarding our software. You thrive while working in this position. Your outstanding customer service abilities contribute significantly to our technology company's ongoing success, and you take great pride in holding such a vital position on our account management team!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong business development acumen
