Plumbing Business / Sales Representative
We are seeking a sales representative with strong plumbing construction and service experience to represent Lapin Services to commercial and residential customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Consult with potential and existing customers to provide customized plumbing, septic, sewer, and storm water system solution
- Estimate jobs and provide proposals to customers, emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
- Develop and maintain new customer relationships
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends according to customers' needs
The ability to make bonuses and commissions on top of pay is available.
