As a Busser with NoGigiddy, you'll play a critical role in creating a seamless dining experience. You'll have responsibilities ranging from setting and clearing tables, assisting servers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, to other essential functions that ensure a top-tier dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently prepare, clear, and maintain tables to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Deliver attentive, timely, and professional service to guests, promptly addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service, ensuring prompt delivery and adherence to the establishment's presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict hygiene and organization standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Facilitate efficient restaurant operations by restocking supplies, such as linens, silverware, and glassware, as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide top-tier service, communicate special requests from guests, and handle customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably as a Busser or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging positively with guests and working well with team members.
• A positive, proactive attitude, ready to go the extra mile to enhance guests' dining experience.
• Physical resilience, with the ability to lift heavy trays, stand for extended periods, and work effectively in a busy, noisy environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage tasks efficiently even under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety rules and high standards of cleanliness.
