About the role:NNN Pro, the market leading commercial real estate net lease investment sales team in the country, is looking to hire a Vice President to join its rapidly growing brokerage business. NNN Pro was formed more than 20 years ago, has sold/closed more than $30 billion of net leased real estate, and includes more than 100 team members located across the country. Responsibilities:
- Secures new and expanded business opportunities
- Maintains accurate and up–to date information in company database
- Attending networking and industry events
- Accompany prospective clients to property sites and discuss property features
- Prepare letters of intent, listing agreements and negotiate purchase sale
agreements and addendums - Work with multiple parties to coordinate an efficient marketing and transaction
process
- Must have Real Estate License in-state
- 5 years experience in Commericial Real Estate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to penetrate new
accounts - Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of
clients and prospects - Ability to complete financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate
- Professional work ethic and integrity
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
