Nielsen Automotive Group is Hiring a Benefits Administrator - Part Time Near East Hanover, NJ

Nielsen Automotive Group is looking for a part time Human Resource Benefits Administrator to join the team in our East Hanover office.. The Benefits Administrator is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including benefits, leave, reporting, and other administration assistance as needed.

The hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM to 2PM

The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in administration and accuracy. This includes benefits administration, reporting, and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Orientation – Present benefit program at weekly orientation. Able to speak to all size groups of people.
  • Benefits – Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests. Work closely with the Human Resource Director on the annual Open Enrollment period. Comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements: 

  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration systems
