We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rental Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our rental sales accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

COMPENSATION PLAN

• Base Salary (based on experience) Commission

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicates with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
• Maintains knowledge of entire product line in effort to rent or sell company products
• Builds strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new clients
• Collaborates with manufacturing, rental and service departments to ensure they fulfill client requests
• Keeps track of all processes that pertain to the client’s needs
• Acts as the client’s representative within the company to ensure their demands are met while improving the client experience
• Maintains current call list and uses HubSpot (CRM) to track daily
• Supports efforts with social media and acts as a representative to trade shows, etc. as needed
• Consults with potential clients to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment to meet their needs
• Creates potential client quotes and prepares client rental agreements
• Attends weekly production meetings and sales meetings as needed
• Resolves client complaints, disputes, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
• Maintains accurate expense records
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of company’s markets, clients, products and services and those of competitors
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or in a vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to ten pounds at times
• Ability to work in an office and remote environment
• Must be able to travel as needed

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass a criminal background and drug test
• Must also submit to random drug tests during employment
• Three years of outside sales experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
