Responsibilities
Performs administrative assistant, reception & office support activities. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Other activities could include:. Appointment Scheduling Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Mail billings. Uploading policy documents Keeping office presentable Dispense brochures Update policy holder's contact information such as phone number and email address Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer.
